In this edition, we meet Ulriika Aurelia Rautava, Safety Advisor, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) at TotalEnergies Denmark. Ulriika works to strengthen safety culture across the business through awareness initiatives and safety campaigns. In this edition, we meet Helen West, Process, Flow Assurance and Chemistry Lead at TotalEnergies Denmark. In this edition, we meet Yogi Bassie, Senior Completion Engineer at TotalEnergies Denmark. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Yogi has built his career across different roles within the Company. He shares how solving complex technical challenges, continuous learning and a culture focused on employee development have shaped his journey at TotalEnergies.

In this edition, we meet Nikolaj Sigvard, Employee Tax Manager at TotalEnergies Denmark. Nikolaj shares how his role combines technical expertise with a strong human element, helping employees navigate complex tax matters while supporting the business across borders.

In this edition, we meet Lene Ejlersen-Petersen, Satellite Team Lead at TotalEnergies Denmark. Lene leads the planning and supervision of maintenance and production activities on the DUCS satellites. In her story, she reflects on her journey offshore and the rewarding, fast-paced environment that makes every day different.

In this edition, we meet Ingelise Schmidt, CCS Subsurface Correspondent at TotalEnergies Denmark. Ingelise works with the coordination of subsurface activities for CCS projects. In her story, she explains how quality, collaboration and attention to detail are essential to ensuring safe and reliable carbon storage.

Meet Giulia De Zotti Henne, Senior Commercial Advisor at TotalEnergies Denmark. In this edition, Giulia shares how commercial decisions help drive offshore wind projects forward, creating an impact that reaches far beyond the numbers.

Henrik’s journey with the company began in 2011 in Qatar with Maersk Oil, before transferring to Denmark when TotalEnergies took over. 

"There is a lot of effort put into the work-life balance. And as a young engineer, that's something I learned here, and I will definitely take back with me."

In this edition, we meet Alexandre Catroun, a student assistant from our HSSE department at TEPDK, who talks about his time as both a student and VIE at TotalEnergies, how he navigates new cultures as well as what he has learned whilst being at TotalEnergies.

Meet Susi Baerentzen, the Head of Tax for Denmark. Her main responsibilities cover all tax matters related to the corporation, local oil and green businesses, employees, and international operations connected to Denmark."

In our fourth edition, we meet Sanela Bjelevac, a Senior Methods Engineer here in our Logistics & Support to Operations department at TEPDK, who opened up about her journey to TotalEnergies, her work experiences, as well as what makes TotalEnergies such an exciting workplace.

"One of the most memorable experiences I have is from working abroad, being part of the Tyra project, where we designed and built a place for our offshore colleagues, where they had to work and live away from home."

In this edition, Kasper reflects on his offshore and onshore work experience, and shares motivational stories about dedication, hardworking and a good team spirit.

“My work is quite theoretical and involves analyzing big data. So the balance to that is doing something physical. I like ‘do it yourself’ projects, and I do martial arts training together with my daughter. That’s the other side of the scale.”

With over two decades of experience in the energy sector, Kim’s story is one of technical expertise, personal growth, and continued passion for his work.
