In our fourth edition, we meet Sanela Bjelevac, a Senior Methods Engineer here in our Logistics & Support to Operations department at TEPDK, who opened up about her journey to TotalEnergies, her work experiences, as well as what makes TotalEnergies such an exciting workplace.
Sanela joined the company back in 2012 - after four years as a technical assistant at Maersk Drilling. During her time in TEPDK she has worked in multiple roles, ranging from management, structures and pipelines, and projects.
Sanela describes a typical workday for her as working with functional planning within the different departments, especially now in LSO. And I also work together with a lot of cross-functional teams in TEPDK, where we work together for the continuous improvement,
It is therefore no surprise that her best experience at TotalEnergies has been her colleagues, Sanela says What stands out the most for me is the people. She continues I've been in different departments, have worked with a lot of different people and this is the only thing that has been more or less constant, the teamwork, the collaboration.
