We have CCTV cameras in the parking lot and other internal locations at our premises (including offshore locations). We have identification card readers and speed gates to allow/limit access to some areas.

CCTV footage when accessing our premises. Movement/access within our sites.

Purpose:

TotalEnergies Nordic processes visitors’ personal data in order to allow access to our premises while protecting our security.

Directly from the visitors or indirectly from the employee(s) having visitors on TotalEnergies’ sites.

Name, company, (possibly also mobile phone number), check-in date/time and check-out date/time, and name of the person being visited.

TotalEnergies Nordic processes occupants’ your personal data in order to provide access various parts of the building.

We collect the data – in legitimate interest – from the following sources:

Directly from the occupants or indirectly from the occupants’ employer.

Name, company, phone no. and email address.

Retention:

While the tenant works on our site.

TotalEnergies Nordic process customers personal data in order to communicate with our customers and to respond to requests (e.g. providing service to our customers or providing information about our products).

Name, title, role, company, telephone no., email address.

Retention:

As long as the person is a customer plus 5 years.

 

Data collected on Contractors

Purpose:

TotalEnergies Nordic processes contractors’ personal data in order to provide access to our premises, provide services (such as meals), and provide IT hardware and equipment access herunder identity management.

We collect the data – in legitimate interest/consent – from the following sources:

Directly from the contractor and indirectly from the contractor’s employer.

We process the following data:

General personal data:

Onshore: Name, company, company email (in some cases private email when company email is not available), date of birth, nationality, gender, photos for identification card (sometimes also car license numbers in order to inform car owners in case of flooding in the parking lot (Esbjerg office)).

Retention:

two years after the contractor ends the assignment

Offshore: First name, Last name, TotalEnergies identification number, personal address, business phone number, business email, personal email, location data in the context of helicopter movements and passenger information, photos for identification, passport information, function and job data, health certificate (is the contractor fit to go offshore:  Yes/No)

Retention:

5 years after last flight

 

Data processed on Job Applicants

Purpose:

TotalEnergies Nordic processes job applicants’ personal data in order to evaluate the job their qualifications and select candidates for positions.  

We collect the data – in legitimate interest/consent – from the following sources:

Directly from the job applicants.

We process the following data:

General personal and professional data that the job applicants choose to provide:

Name, address, email, job history, education, skills, certifications, references, etc.

For some applicants, we collect a personal profile through administered tests.

Retention:

6 months after the recruitment process has ended.
