TotalEnergies is active in renewable energy and flexible power generation, notably from natural gas, energy storage, trading and sales, and is committed to the integration across the entire value chain.
Renewables in Europe: TotalEnergies Acquires Shell's Renewables Business
TotalEnergies has signed an agreement with Shell to acquire its entire onshore renewables business in Europe, including 500 MW of solar and wind assets in operation or under construction, mainly located in Italy and the Netherlands, and a 3.5 GW pipeline of solar, wind and battery storage projects in Italy, the United Kingdom and Spain.
