Program overview
During this 2.5-year program, you’ll complete two to three assignments in various departments, gaining broad exposure to our organization. Each journey includes three rotations (11, 11, and 6 months) across the Esbjerg Affiliate and abroad, ensuring you develop a diverse skill set and deep operational understanding.
The program starts with an onboarding week in France to foster networking and present the company’s strategy. Throughout the program, you’ll also participate in various learning expeditions and events.
